You examine X-raying the zone
Then compare with the tissue
To settle the issue
Make no diagnosis alone.

Joints are at articulations
Give flexion extension rotations
Synovial lining
Is smooth flat and shining
Arthritis makes proliferations.

This can be a pannus formation
From fine villus-like elongations
Surface now roughened
Capsule is toughened
Pain stiff enlarged with fixation.
