CENTRAL CANCER REGISTRY

The DoD Central Cancer Registry has begun operations. Below are the announcement letters concerning this new initiative as well as information concerning initial screening results.

1. Letter to Commanders from Director, AFIP
2. Reference List of Data Edit Queries 1998-2003
3. Reference List of Data Edit Queries 2004-to present

The 1999 data has been reviewed and the results of the data edit reviews are in the process of being mailed to all participating facilities. Additionally, 1998 data has been rescreened and some facilities may receive some 1998 data edit sheets for further review.
