Or result in much fluid retention
And when there's obstruction
With outflow reduction
Give hydronephrotic distension.

Renal cell cancers are round
May be red yellow white or be brown
They can spread through the vein
To the lung and the brain
With clear cells in which glycogen's found.

Kidneys have nephroblastomas
Look unlike renal cell carcinomas
They can grow awfully big
In both man and in pig
With a mixture of tubules and stromas.

On calyx and pelvis one finds
Growths of which bladder reminds
Papillary construction
That leads to obstruction
Prognosis is mostly unkind.

Adenomas of kidney are small
Their cells may be short or be tall
They may look lust like cancer

The bladder's a muscular sac

The ureters come in from the back.

Infections most often ascend
E. coli and others offend
They thrive when obstruction

And males seem to be rather prone.

Papillomas grow well in the bladder
First thin getting fatter and fatter
Depth of growth not necrosis
