Colon biopsy: Pseudomembranous colitis
Comment:
Left out from the history was that this patient
was on Clindamycin for pneumonia. Superficial erosions with fan-shaped collections
of polymorphs, mucin and fibrin(pseudomembrane) are typical of the lesion.
